I'm really anxious to see if our school earnings gets updated after the Nov 15th website update!!!  What is your prediction of how much your school earned?  Or does your coordinator keep the parents updated in newsletters etc?    I hope to see a huge change in earnings for our school since last year.  

If you're looking to see how your school did w/ the Oct. submission you'll have to wait until the Jan. 15 update.  Ask your coordinator for more details.

Sure wish the site would update more quickly.  I know I signed up for the newsletter and it didn't show an increase in supporters for several months.

Coordinators say that most schools will receive their Dec. check before the website is updated.

Hopefully your coordinator will send something home.  You can always ask

My understanding is that it will be for anything sent in through the end of Sept.  I'm the school coordinator so I keep up with how much we have sent in but I'm anxious to see how many bonus points we have gotten for people signing up for the newsletter and using the marketplace.  We definitely have received more than last year since we didn't do it last year.

Yes I know it's only for earnings during Sept.  But we did have some marketplace earnings and I was hoping the bonus' and supporters would update also.  The school coordinator does sent notices out with earnings and info.

I called General Mills about a purchase I made this summer and still isn't showing on Marketplace earnings. I also asked about new school supporters showing up on the 15th and she told me they are so far behind that I should check back again in 3-4 weeks....why bother with telling us it all gets updated on the 15th if it doesn't? I think they are understaffed or something. I have been doing this for several years at a school in AZ and now here in Oregon... I never had this much trouble before. Just don't get discouraged if it isn't accurately updated is what I was told...just thought I would pass it on!!

Yea - I'm excited to see our earnings updated from our Marketplace earnings from Sept and possibly from some bonus supporters.  It's frustrating when it takes so long for the earnings to update but I'm glad to see a small increase!

I am a new coordinator.  I noticed that we are not updated as of the 15th.  Is it truly not until January 15th instead?  I did not recieve this info as a coordinator.  Where is this info located.  Our PTO meeting ins in two days and I would like to have and official rather than estimate count. Thanks.

If you are a coordinator, login as coordinator.  There is a ton of informtion in coordinator pages to help you.  You could also call General Mills customer service to ask them for help or to get coordinator login information. This is the parents forum which is far different from the coordinators pages.

shoot - I'm hoping to see any update at all on our school's numbers. I'm totally new to this but the numbers haven't changed since the very first time I logged onto the site.

I am the coordinator for our school, but I am also a parent.  I have logged into the coordinator website, however, I can not get into the coordinator forums.  I have contacted BT and they said that several coordinators are having problems with this and they are working on it.  I think that it is nice that I have the option to come to the parents forrum to find out and share information.
